hi i receive it call from him too .all cashier check from this person it is not real, that means is scam and fraud .he usually ask that i send you for example $3850 as cashier check and when ever that you receive your check from your mail box and then he call back that you need to deposit on your bank account .this kind of cashier check on the pending by 3 & 4 days ,during this days he call back again that you can keep 800$ and then grab $3000 from your bank as cash and send back to him .and then after 4 days you get the notice from your bank that your cashier check was fake and it was scam and that means you loose $3000 from your bank. so every body should be careful about this kind of scam and fraud .because they want make money like that and easy.thanks

I submitted my daughter's information for a possible modeling gig and she started getting calls from this number and they called our home at 12:30am.
i've recently got a call from that preson but i have no idea who he is, what is PPI? And he behaved exactly as you described it.
This is a verizon collection number. I have never had a cell phone with is company. I have called their customer service dept. and written them stating, I am not the Latino male they are looking for. I now block all their calls. Verizon is a company from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Received a voicemail from this number at 2:30 am with loud music playing for almost 2 minutes. No talking was heard. Obnoxious.
I ordered the trial offer as well for the $3.95 shipping and noted in the terms and conditions that they'd send a full size for nearly $90 dollars if I didn't cancel within a week. Then, I got an email from FitFactory telling me they'd charge me another nearly $30 if I didn't cancel my 'free' membership with them within 1 week. Supposedly, this FitFactory connection was listed in the terms and conditions...it was not. Anyway, as soon as I saw this email, I immediately contacted the FitFactory and canceled my 'free' trial membership with them. I then contacted this 801# - not even toll free!# and canceled my orders with them. My account has already been charged for the shipping, but that was over a week ago. I haven't received anything and when I called this evening was told that there had been a delay and another shipment would be sent. Thing is, the idiot I spoke with said her system didn't show the date of the original shipment. Really? I'm going to my bank tomorrow and cancelling my debit card. How many different ways are there to say FRAUD!!! I'll also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my state's attorney general tomorrow.
